"1) This car has a manual transmission. When releasing the accelerator while shifting, the engine RPM lingers too long before dropping. This makes it difficult to shift smoothly and is probably hard on the clutch disk. The only way to avoid the problem is to hesitate between gears, before releasing the clutch pedal. This is inconvenient.2) The fuel consumption readout is inflated. When it reads 46 MPG at fill-up, the real consumption is approximately 42.5 MPG. This has been consistent over the 6000 miles this car has been driven. A recalibration is in order."
