  • "Within 6 months of purchase my drivers side door actuator failed and had to be replaced under warranty. At 40,000 miles my other three door actuators have failed with a cost to me of 800.00 per door. Now in 2019 at only 65,000 miles I am having to replace my air conditioning/heat fan which sputters and hardly blows air. This is my 5th Toyota and have loved and relied on all of my cars for their quality and reliability. My Navigation system is awful and doesn't work 99% of the time. After spending almost $40,000 for my Toyota Camry Hybrid I am questioning the quality of Toyota's and do not expect my next car will be a Toyota. I made calls to Toyota and complained out the actuators and they just said sorry! Nothing they could do. What a disappointment.."

  • "My first drive from TX to SC was the confirmation of how well things went with family. The vent location for the rear battery has been such an inconvenience for my children to avoid the entire time when wanting to sleep. The battery in the truck took up over a third of the cargo space and limited luggage and stroller for my grandchild. Only the right side of the rear passenger seat allows you to lower it for carrying larger items instead of the entire rear passenger seat; which is common in modern cars. My whole purpose for buying a hybrid vehicle is to ensure I save money and trips to refill stations. I didn't see much of a difference compared to any regular 4 cylinder car in gas consumption in both city and highway. Standard models from other manufacturers give more features along with technology and this is behind meeting that mark. I'm not regretting to have purchased this hybrid but very disappointed that every expectation is only bare minimum for overall performance and capability compared to other models."

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
