"I am very happy with my new Sorento! It has everything thing I wanted and more in a mid-sized suv. Ultimately, I bought this vehicle because of the length of the warranty, third row, and the amount of features you get for the price. My only complaint is the sound system. The volume is to low, even when turned all the way up. I drive a total of 80 minutes when I go to work and like to listen to music during this time so this is an important issue to me. That said; I would still buy this vehicle all over again and do not regret my purchase. Bottom line, from what I have seen, KIA offers way more than competitors (I did a lot of research before my purchase)."

"very upset that it does not have the backup security sound if someone appears in the screen. The old KIA had it and it is a very good security when you have grandchildren that you want to make sure don't run behind the car!"
