  • "From the initial battery related problem just weeks after the purchase to the suspension problem with less than 2,800 mi., we have been very disappointed in the quality of the "inspection" to which the auto was subjected before final sale. Even after the left front strut was replaced, we are still hearing noises emanating from the front end of the car: an ocassional "pop" or "thunk" when turned or braked vigorously...or just braked! The power steering makes enough noise as I turn the wheel while parking that I am moved to check out the equivalent noise of a comparable 2015 model this Saturday. All of this concern is centered just in the front end of the car! I grimace to think what other symphonic sounds of careless engineering I will be subjected to as the car ages. At least the Service Department staff is composed of top-notch problem solvers bent on pleasing the customer. They are a real Audi-kind of people.Other minor, yet annoying problems: the slow-to-respond automatic darkening rear view mirror; the paper-light weight sliding panel for the sun roof feels like it was taken from Nissan's cheapest car, the tires run loud (or the car is under sound insulated, and the tinny cheep horn is a major embarrassment for a sedan of this size and a mere peep in the din of the 110/405 afternoon traffic, in my opinion."
