They no longer vacuum or check tires and other little things for my car, and charge the same high price

The guy didn’t speak much or really interact with me at all. He was very slow and everything he seemed to do was very labored and seemed like it caused him pain. He started working on other cars while doing my oil change, leaving me just sitting there waiting for him to finish, several times. I gave myself 30 mins to get the oil change, and 30 mins to drive to work and I was still late for work. If it wasn’t for the coupons, I wouldn’t use this service again. Don’t even Vaccum the car or get a car wash anymore with the $40 oil change. Very sad this place has gone so downhill. I wasn’t going to say anything but you sent me a survey and I just don’t lie.

The wrong mileage was put on my sticker for the window. I was also quoted a cheaper price when I called and told the year make and model of my van. Not pleased with business at all. Probably won’t be back. I felt the manager was rude and lazy

The technicians are professionals ensuring that if a coupon was received to pass on the savings to the customer. I received suggestions not pushed on recommendations. I have been a customer for some time now and will continue to be.

The service I received at the Havoline Xpress lube in Rock Hill was awesome. The service agents were friendly and very prompt. They informed me of things that could be taken care of on my vehicle, but no pressure to do them that day.
