Fast friendly accurate

I pay a great big price for my oil change and don't get my car vacuum or tires checked. I've been going at this location for years now, and I'm ready to go elsewhere because of this. You can't blame Covid19, and if so, lower the price because we're getting less servic.

The crew was fast, professional and friendly. Everything went off without a hitch and I was out of there quickly.as expected.

on Saturday 3/20/21. I went and got my Oil Changed. The service was a little slow. They had a person from another location helping ( I overheard the 2 men conversating) . That gentleman from the other location serviced my vehicle. After I received my oil change and left the premises. About 15 miles down the road headed I77 north. I see a car behind me swerve. I look through my rearview mirror, and I see debris on the road as I though it was rubber from a flat tire. Well it wasn't rubber from a flat tire it was my underneath carriage underneath my oil pan area that was dragging the ground and had broken a part . The serviceman forgot to snap/screw them back in. Luckily I had tools in my car. I had to pull over and jack my front end of my car up so I could take the rest of it off because now it is destroyed and It was dragging the ground.

I'm glad you sent me this email. I have not contacted anyone yet. Its been 5 days ago since this happen and they probably wont believe me but I just haven't had time to go by. My plan is to go by this weekend. I hope this review goes to the right person to review. Thanks
