I've been going to the Havoline in Rock Hill for three years now

Service was great!

I always receive excellent and timely service when I visit this location. I don’t go anywhere else for oil changes in Rock Hill.

I go to get the best price (24.95) but with add-ons and tax it has gotten too high. Rumor is they use cheap filters and cheap bulk oil for their servicing. Maybe time to move on to a place that we provide fair pricing, no surprises and quality products. Took the truck the other day for service, Had to wait a hour and half for service, Claimed a transmisson before me with 45 min. wait. Did offer a $10 discount on my bill. The guys were good once I got in, Will go back again, I can tell they care. Charles

They need to start vacuuming inside cars again. I would also suggest them looking into a nitrogen dispensing air machine to add air to the more modern cars that run tires with nitrogen instead of regular air. Been a customer for a long time and it’s time they change with the times!

Havoline Express Lube always does a great job with our vehicles. I highly recommend them!!!

I am on the road all the time. I get about 10 oil changes a year. I do them all here. The are fast, professional and friendly. The manager makes it a point to speak to me. They make service recommendations as necessary but are never pushy. Will continue to return.
