Question: what is wrong with my truck its not running the way it should

first it will NOT take hills without going at the most of 30 mph at max it wont start without a jump the battery drains its not wanting to hold a charge at all without unhooking the battery every time we want to start the truck the altenator is good what else can it be i need help!!!
