Question: Fuel Issue

I have a 92 Olds 88 Royale 3.8 engine and about 2 months ago I had to get the fuel pump, fuel filter, and sending unit replaced. The car was running fine up until approx 2-3 weeks after the work was done on the car. Now the car is running extremely rough and sputtering, it is idling rough and when accelerating it sputters and stalls no matter what gear it is in. After having 2 mechanics check out the issues I have had the Air Flow Sensor changed out, the fuel pressure regulator changed out , fuel injectors cleaned, the distributor cap checked, the spark plugs checked, the coil pack checked, and the computer changed out. The issue still is present, the fuel pressure was tested and the psi was only 10-20 so it was suggested the fuel pump was failing and had it replaced. Now the when idling the car no longer runs rough but when accelerating it still sputters, stalls, and sometimes turns off. The psi is now 40-47 but my issue is not solved can you please suggest anything else I could try.

I when threw that with my 91' and was told to replace the Catalytic converter. I did that and after a few weeks my problems came back.
